If you sync with eligible accounting software, you can clear sync conflicts in bulk if you don't need the transaction or record to update via the sync.
Things to know:
- Your user role must have Sync permissions to bulk clear conflicts.
- Your Bill.com account must sync with the following accounting software versions to bulk clear conflicts:
- QuickBooks Online
- Xero
- Sage Intacct
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Dynamics GP
- When you clear sync conflicts in bulk, the updates causing the conflict won't sync, but future updates will.
Clear sync conflicts in bulk
- Select Sync at the top of the page
- Select Resolve Conflicts
- Select conflicts by checking boxes on the far left, or select all the conflicts on the page by selecting the checkbox at the top of the list.
- Select Remove Conflict Messages
