It's quick and easy to enable or disable features for your clients in your Bill.com accountant's console.
This process applies to accountant's consoles only. See the article for your standard Bill.com account to disable and enable features.
Enable or disable features per client
- Select Features
- Select the feature you want to disable or enable
- Select Use it to enable a feature, or Don't use it to disable a feature
Notes:
- Not all features are available for all accounts
- If you have questions on feature availability or the way they work, contact Customer Support by selecting Contact us in the navigation menu.
- If you see Not available for a feature listed for a client, please contact Customer Support by selecting Contact us in the navigation menu to enable the feature. We'll check the feature's availability and enable if possible.
