Customize the Bill Approvals page to show only the columns that are important to you.
Note: Column customization isn't available on vendor credit approvals yet, but stay tuned!
Customizing the bill approvals page
To customize the bills list page to show or hide columns:
- Select Bills in the navigation menu
- Select Customize columns
- Select the checkboxes to show columns, or deselect the checkboxes to hide columns
- Columns available will depend on your enabled classifications and features:
- Invoice #
- Attachments
- Notes
- Vendor
- Chart of account
- Location
- Department
- Class
- Invoice date
- Due date
- Bill amount
- Select Apply
