If you have multiple Bill.com accounts with the same login information, you'll see a list of these accounts when you login, where you can select the account you'd like to work in.

Once you are in an account, you can access your other accounts by selecting your username at the top of the page to see the My Companies list. Select the name of one the last four (4) companies you have accessed to open it, select the link to view all.

Select sign out to sign out of Bill.com.

Mobile app

If you are in the mobile app, simply close the app to sign out. Your password or passcode is required every time you open the app.

Company switcher

Beginning in December 2019, we are rolling out a new company switcher and profile icon in phases, to accounts that are linked to an accountant's console. If you do not see this in your account yet, and your account is linked to a console, stay tuned!

The company switcher is a drop down located to the left of the search bar in your account, which helps you more easily switch between your accounts and access to do list actions. You can select an account in the drop down, scroll through the list to see all your accounts, or start typing in the search bar to search and narrow the results in the list.

Select Back to all companies to go back to the full account selection page.

The company switcher also includes a to do count for unprocessed inbox items, overdue bills, and bills/vendor credits pending your approval.

Users with the correct permissions can select the counts to open their applicable pages within that account:

• Inbox count opens the Inbox
• Overdue bills opens the bills page
• Approvals opens the Approvals page to bills tab
  • If the account only has vendor credits to approve, then it opens to vendor credits tab
• Longer company names are shortened; you can hover over the name to see the full name
• To dos will not show on the mobile app, just company names

Profile Icon

If you have the company switcher, the new profile icon will be listed next to the other icons (Network, To Do, Recent, Sync, Settings) where you can access your profile, view your subscription, or sign out.
