Email preferences and notifications

Email notifications are sent as alerts for changes to the account and about important or upcoming status changes to a bill. Many notifications are timed for instant notification and can be turned off. Security-based alerts regarding payment confirmation, changes in company information, urgent matters regarding your account and other important related emails will be sent in real-time.

Managing email preferences

  1. Click the gear icon
  2. Under Permissions, click Users
  3. Click your name
    • If you're an Administrator managing the email settings for another user, click their name
  4. Hover over Details and click Email Preferences
  5. Click the edit icon
  6. Update the email notifications based on the preferred settings
  7. Click Save

Things to know

  • Auto Bill Entry digests are sent daily and this notification cannot be turned off or the frequency changed
  • To be sent the "To Do list summary" on specific days of each month, select Monthly on: and enter the days as a number, separated by commas (For example 1, 5, 10, 15)
  • Entering the 30 or 31 of the month will result in notifications being sent on the last day of any month with fewer days (For example: If you choose the 30, the February notification will be sent on February 28)
