You must be on the Bill.com desktop website to upgrade, you can't upgrade from the mobile app.
Steps to upgrade
- Select Upgrade in the navigation menu
- Select Select plan based on the features you’d like to use
- Select Done
Things to know:
If you signed up as an employee or individual you will not see Upgrade in the navigation menu and you will need to create a new Bill.com account.
Your 30 day risk-free trial will begin the day you upgrade.
Note: You'll need to add your bank account again after upgrading from a subscription free basic account as we perform different levels of account verification based on the transactions each account type can perform.
