Why the sync error occurs
This error usually occurs when there's a conflict with the QuickBooks sync manager.
How to fix the sync error
Confirm the setup in QuickBooks:
- Navigate to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications
- Verify that Bill.com is selected
- Verify that Intuit Sync Manager is deselected
- Sync again
