Sometimes a situation arises in which you might need to get a payment to a vendor as quickly as possible. Instead of bypassing Bill.com workflows to wire funds or overnight a check, the Pay Faster feature in Bill.com enables you to get checks and ePayments to vendors quickly and reliably.
After completing five (5) qualified payments, payments below $ 10,000 will qualify for Pay Faster.

Pay Faster options
Checks
The scheduling deadline for expedited checks is 12:00 pm PT / 3:00 pm ET to process the next bank business day.
Pay Faster check options:

Timing includes business days only; overnight checks scheduled on a Friday will be delivered Monday (or the next available business day). Expedited checks are delivered via UPS by default, with tracking included, unless the payment is going to a PO Box or is a non-serviceable address, in which case it'll be sent via USPS.
ePayments
Pay Faster ePayment options:
- Same day ACH
- Payment must be $100k or less
- The scheduling deadline for same day ACH is 10:00 am PT/ 1:00 pm ET on business days only
- Overnight ePayment delivery
- The scheduling deadline for overnight ePayments is 6:00 pm PT/ 9:00 pm ET to process the next bank business day

Pay a single bill faster
- Select Bills in the navigation menu
- Check the box next to the bill to pay
- Select Review & pay
- Select a Pay Faster option under Payment Delivery
- Select Pay
Combine multiple bills for the same vendor in one Pay Faster payment
- Select Bills in the navigation menu
- Check the box next to one of the bills to pay
- Select Review & pay
- Select a Pay Faster option under Payment Delivery
- Select Add bills from (vendor) to this payment
- Check the boxes for the bills to be included in the payment
- If there are still unapplied vendor credits available for the vendor, they'll be available to be applied here
- If there are still unapplied vendor credits available for the vendor, they'll be available to be applied here
- Select Add
- Bill Summary will show total of all bills selected; hover over Multiple next to Invoice # to see details of additional invoices added to the payment
- Select Edit next to Added Bill to add or remove additional bills
- Select Pay
Pay a vendor without a bill
- Select Pay a vendor from
- Payments Out
- On a vendor record (Pay vendor)
- Under the Actions menu in the navigation menu
- Enter the Payment amount
- Select the bank account to pay from
- Select a Pay Faster option under Payment Delivery
- Select Review and Pay
- Select Send payment
Voids and cancelations
- Payments made by card and same day ePayments can't be canceled as they process immediately.
- Check payments (all speeds) and overnight ePayments payments must be canceled by 12:00 pm PT / 3:00 pm ET.
- Overnight ePayments scheduled after 12:00 pm PT/ 3:00 pm ET cannot be canceled or voided.
- Checks scheduled after 12:00 pm PT/ 3:00 pm ET cannot be canceled, but can be voided before the check has cleared. Your account will still be debited for the payment, but we'll credit your bank account once the void is complete.
Other things to know
- If you use a card to pay, you can't combine multiple bills in one Pay Faster payment. You'll need to schedule them separately.
- Pay Faster options will only be presented if the process date selected is the next business day.
- In our continued diligence to protect our customers from fraud, Pay Faster limits vary from account to account based on factors such as payment amount, payment history, length of account, etc. If you'd like an increase in payment limits, please submit a request using the Payment Threshold Requests form. - Pay Faster isn't available for international payments.
- Pay Faster isn't available as an option when paying via the Bill.com mobile app.
- Pay Faster isn't available for payments to verified national vendors.
- Pay Faster may not be available if there's been a recent NSF or failed payment on your account. Please contact Customer Support for assistance and options.
- Pay Faster isn't an option when making bulk payments to more than one vendor.
- Tracking numbers for Pay Faster payments are posted within 1 business day of the process date.
- There will be an additional field on the payment details page: Payment Delivery. This field will show the Pay Faster option that was selected.
- PO Boxes have no overnight delivery guarantee. Overnight Check Delivery should not be used for checks delivered to PO Boxes.
- Overnight check date may not match the payment processing date as accelerated payments have a different payment timing, and the check is printed earlier to expedite the mailing.
