If your account syncs with an accounting system and you have existing sync conflicts, you can export those errors to a CSV or Excel file if needed.
Tip: The export will only include the conflicts that show on the page. Make sure you have scrolled to the bottom of the conflict list and selected load more to load all the conflicts you'd like to export. Then follow the steps below to export.
Note: This feature is not yet available on all accounts, so if you don't see it, stay tuned!
Export sync conflicts
- Select Sync on the top of the page
- Select Resolve Conflicts
- Alternatively, select Settings, then Status under Sync
- Select More Actions
- Select Export CSV or Export to Excel
- The file will show in your browser's downloads section
