Vendor direct offered to invited vendors
Vendor Direct offers you a free digital alternative to paying by check or ePayment and delivers faster payments to your vendor. This digital alternative uses card technology. Vendors that accept virtual card payments while setting uo their account will be paid with a single-use Mastercard or Visa card number for your payments in lieu of a check or ePayment.
Easily view refunded or processed amounts on Vendor Direct payments
When you pay your vendor with a Vendor Direct virtual card, your vendor has the option to process the card in one full transaction, or multiple transactions, up to the total amount of the card. If they don't process the full amount after 20 days, we refund the remaining balance to you. Now on payment details, we'll show you any refunded amounts, as well as the details on how many times the vendor processed the card, and for how much.
Fresh new look for the Settings page
We're currently rolling out a fresh new look for our Settings page, making it easier to control your workflows and manage account settings.

Updated Auto-connection details page
The new Auto-connections page help you make sure we've made the right connections by showing the vendor address and payment method, and gives you control to view, cancel, or disconnect as needed.
