Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when the sync connection between Bill.com and Microsoft Dynamics GP has failed.
How to fix the sync error
To resolve this error, disconnect then reconnect the sync.
Disconnect the sync
- Select Settings
- Select Setup under Sync
- Select Disconnect
Reconnect the sync
- Select Settings
- Select Setup under Sync
- Select Connect
- Enter the following required information for the Microsoft Dynamics GP SQL server:
- Database server: Database server name
- Database name: Database where DB installer is installed
- Username: Username of integration user you created in the SQL database
- Password: Password for integration user you created in the SQL database
- Agent Type: Where the Agent is installed
- Agent name: Name of the machine where Agent is installed
- Service name: Name used on the Agent installer, usually Scribe Online Agent
- Select Save.
