UPDATE: October 28, 2022
As a US federally regulated company, Bill.com is required to comply with all US sanctions. We also adhere to policies of our processing banks related to international sanctions regimes.
We continue to monitor world events and are keeping a watchful eye on developments on the Ukraine/Russia border, related sanctions, and international compliance changes. In light of on-going developments and the policies of our processing partners, Bill.com has halted payments to the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia Regions of Ukraine with immediate effect.
Bill.com currently does not support payments to the following regions in Ukraine:
- Crimea
- Donetsk
- Luhansk
- Kherson
- Zaporizhzhia
Things to know:
- Bill.com is currently unable to send payments in UAH or RUB.
- The Bill.com Payment Operations team may contact users for more information about payments to Ukraine.
These sanctions are complex and changing in response to developments on the ground in the Ukraine. Bill.com may be required to take other actions to comply with federal regulations if the scope of the sanctions changes. During this time, we'll update our customers as we adapt our processes to any new sanctions orders by updating this article.
Bill.com recognizes the impact these actions may cause. This is a regrettable situation that requires unplanned changes in accordance with US government regulations. Our thoughts are with the citizens of Ukraine and for a return to peace. For more information, please review the Understand US Economic Sanctions article.
