To receive your payments faster and in your preferred currency, add a bank account to your Bill.com account.
Note: Existing bank account information cannot be edited. If you enter incorrect or invalid bank account information, you must add the bank again. Set the new bank account as the default with the steps below to route payments to the new bank account.

Add a new GBP bank account
Note: The bank account must be based in the UK to receive payments in GBP.
- Select Settings
- Select Bank Accounts under Your Company
- Select Add bank under the GBP bank account section
- Enter the banking information, all fields are required
- Note: be sure to add the EFT/ACH information for your bank, not the wire information
- Select Save
We'll send a small test deposit to your bank account to verify it's able to receive payments. If the test deposit isn't successful, we'll invalidate the bank account and you'll need to add a new bank account.
Add a new EUR bank account
Note: The bank account must be based in the UK to receive payments in EUR.
- Select Settings
- Select Bank Accounts under Your Company
- Select Add bank under the EUR bank account section
- Enter the banking information, all fields are required
- Note: be sure to add the EFT/ACH information for your bank, not the wire information
- Select Save

Add a new USD bank account
Note: The bank account must be based in the UK, but can be used for USD deposits.
- Select Settings
- Select Bank Accounts under Your Company
- Select Add bank under the United States Dollar bank account section
- Enter the banking information, all fields are required
- Note: be sure to add the EFT/ACH information for your bank, not the wire information
- Select Save

View and change deposit to bank accounts per currency
If you have multiple bank accounts, you can make a specific bank account the deposit to bank based on the payment currency.
View current deposit to banks
- Select Settings
- Select Manage payment preferences under Your Company
If you have a verified bank account for each currency listed, it'll be automatically set as deposit to bank for that currency. If you don't have a verified bank added to your account for a specific currency, you'll need to add one before setting a deposit to for that currency.
Change the deposit to bank
- Select Settings
- Select Manage payment preferences under Your Company
- Select Edit in the section for the currency and bank you'd like to change
- Select the bank account from the dropdown you'd like to set as deposit to bank
- Select Save
Note: if the section says Deposit to: Not set up, you'll need to add a verified bank for that currency before setting a deposit to.
Delete (inactivate) bank account
If you add a new bank account, it's best to inactivate the old one to be certain payments will arrive to the correct account. You cannot delete the bank account information completely for auditing purposes, but rest assured, it cannot be used for payments once you have deactivated it.
- Select Settings
- Select Bank Accounts under Your Company
- Select the bank account number
- Select the Delete icon
- Check the box and select Confirm
Things to know
- Once added, your bank account information cannot be edited. If you make a mistake, inactivate the account and add a new one.
- We send an email to all Administrators on the Bill.com account when a bank account is added.
- There's no limit to the number of bank accounts that you can add to Bill.com.
