Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when a bill which is linked to a purchase order in Intacct cannot be created in Bill.com because the PO number is greater than 100 characters.
How to Fix the Sync Error
- Edit the purchase orders reference number to make it less than 100 characters.
- If the purchase order is already closed in Intacct and cannot be edited, create a bill in Bill.com and contact Customer Support to mark the bill to not sync.
