Why should I add a bank account to my Bill.com receivables account?
Adding your bank account to a free receivables account in Bill.com allows us to send you your customer’s payment via Automated Clearing House (ACH), which is like a direct deposit. You won't have to wait for a check or worry about a payment getting lost in the mail. Plus, you'll be able to track a customer’s payment from the time it's issued until the time it's deposited into your bank account.
What if I already have an account?
If you already have a Bill.com account, after you select Accept Invitation, you'll just need to select Sign in here on the sign up page sign into your existing account using the same email we sent the invitation to.
If the invitation was sent to a different email address than you use to log into your existing Bill.com account, you can:
- Ask your customer to resend the invite to the email address you use to log into Bill.com
- Provide your Payment Network ID to your customer and they can instantly connect to you by entering it manually in

Identity verification
Sometimes we need additional information to verify your account. In that case, on the Overview page, you'll see a step to complete: Verify your identity to activate your bank account
This step will include questions to verify your personal identity, so please answer them based on information about you, not your business or employer.
