Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when a department or class is trying to sync from Bill.com to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (MSDBC), but the class or department ID already exists in MSDBC.
How to fix the sync error
Change the department or class ID in Bill.com.
- Select Settings
- Select Classifications under Accounting
- Select Departments or Classes
- Select the department or class named in the error
- Enter a unique ID, and select Save
- Sync again
