Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs because a payment is trying to sync from NetSuite to Bill.com but the associated bill is already paid or marked as paid in Bill.com.
How to Fix the Sync Error
Verify that the bill is paid in Bill.com, and then take these steps:
- Select Fix next to the error on the sync error page
- Select Next
- Sync
