Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs because a payment is trying to sync from NetSuite to Bill.com but the bill is already paid in Bill.com.
This error occurs when a payment from NetSuite is trying to sync to Bill.com, but the associated bill is already marked as Paid in Bill.com.
How to Fix the Sync Error
Verify that the bill is paid in Bill.com, and then take these steps:
- Select Fix next to the error on the sync error page
- Select Next
