If you have Bill Pay in QuickBooks Online and have upgraded to also have access to Bill.com, you can select View in Bill.com on a bill in QuickBooks Online, and automatically open the bill in Bill.com.
You can also select the View in Bill.com link under the Actions column on the expenses list.
If you see an error message Looks like your bill isn't synced to Bill.com, you may have deleted the bill in Bill.com after it synced.
You can delete the bill in QuickBooks Online, and recreate it so it syncs to Bill.com again, or restore the original bill in Bill.com, if it is in inactive status.
