Premium Support Services is a paid service for enterprise customers offering faster response times by chat, email, and phone to keep your business running smoothly.
Once you've gone through implementation, you'll be transitioned to Premium Support Services. Your advisor will walk you through the Premium Support Service offering and how to access the options available to you.

Access the phone and chat features for Premium Support from the Accountant Console
- Select Support at the bottom of the page while logged into your Console dashboard
- Select Contact Us at the top of this page to speak to an Enterprise Success Advocate through phone, email, or chat
- Enter your question and select Ask Question
- Choose one of the following options:
- Select Speak with an Advocate to speak to an Enterprise Success Advocate live on the phone
- Complete the short form to authenticate the account information and select Submit to initiate the request
- A confirmation screen with the ticket information and contact phone number will be shown
- An Enterprise Success Advocate will call the phone number entered. The majority of calls are made within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
- Complete the short form to authenticate the account information and select Submit to initiate the request
- Select Chat to speak to an Enterprise Success Advocate via chat. You will be routed to our most experienced agents who have had sync training. The majority of chats receive a response within an hour during business hours.
Access Optimization services and New Admin Training from the Accountant Console
- Select Support at the bottom of the page while logged into your Console dashboard
- Select Book Now in the Optimization Services or New Admin Training section to schedule a session
- Select an open appointment time
- Complete the booking form
- Select Confirm Booking
