Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when an item is deleted in Bill.com and the deletion is trying to sync to Oracle NetSuite, but the item is already deleted in Oracle NetSuite.
How to Fix the Sync Error
- Confirm the item is deleted in Oracle NetSuite
- Select Never sync this item to NetSuite on the sync error
- Select Confirm selection
- Sync again
