Why the Sync Error occurs
We're aware of a previous issue with the Oracle NetSuite sync that was causing this error if you created many new items with a hierarchy (parent-child relationship) in Oracle NetSuite, and those items attempted to sync but couldn't because they were syncing in the wrong order.
This issue was only affecting users on bundle version 3.3.7i. As of May 14, 2020, we've updated those bundle versions to 3.3.7j which should solve the issue.
To check which bundle version you've installed:
- In Oracle NetSuite, hover over Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles and select List
- Look for Bill.com sync for NetSuite, the bundle version # is under Version
