Why the Sync Error occurs
We are aware of a previous issue with the Oracle NetSuite sync that caused this error if you created bills in Oracle NetSuite or Bill.com, and those bills attempted to sync but could not.
This issue was only affecting users on bundle version 3.3.7i. As of May 14, 2020, we have updated those bundle versions to 3.3.7j which should solve the issue.
To check which bundle version you have installed:
- In Oracle NetSuite, hover over Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles and click List
- Look for Bill.com sync for NetSuite, the bundle version # is under Version
