When Bill.com processes your AR Application, we set a receivables limit based on a soft credit check of your company. We set this limit to ensure that payments are covered if a customer disputes or reverses a payment. We base the limit on a 20-day cycle.
In the event that you reach your AR limit, we will place any incoming payments over the limit on hold for review. We will also review your AR limit and account activity, with the hope that we can increase your AR limit release the payments on hold.
