Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when you link a bill to a PO in Bill.com and that link tries to sync to Sage Intacct, but the project selected on a line item(s) on the bill isn't associated to the customer selected for that same line in Sage Intacct.
How to fix the Sync sync error
Edit the linked bill in Bill.com to select a customer and project that are associated in Sage Intacct, or associate the customer and project in Sage Intacct and sync again.
