Auto-login from the Bill.com app
When you enter the Support Center from within the Bill.com app, your login will be applied to your Support Center access too. You'll see the Message Center button in the upper right of the page, providing easy assess to your Support Tickets.
Other paths to the Support Center
If you reach the Bill.com Support Center through another path, you may not be logged in, preventing access to the entire site. If you see the Login button in the upper right of the page where you normally see the Message Center button, click to log in. You'll be taken to the Bill.com app so you can securely use your Bill.com login credentials. Once you're in the app, click Support in the left navigation menu to be taken to the Support Center again.
