To receive ePayments (ACH direct deposits), you and your customer must be connected within the Bill.com Network.
Check if you're connected
To see if your account is connected to your customer's account:
- Select Customers in the navigation menu
- Select the customer record in question
- Select Details on the Customer record
- If the Payment Network ID is populated, you're connected
If you aren't connected, you can Connect to your vendor or customer from your existing account.
