Logo files in the Inbox

If you have Intelligent Virtual Assistant enabled on your account, any files arriving to the inbox as logo type files will be automatically filtered to the inbox history.

If you would like to move them back to the inbox for processing, use these steps:

  1. Click Inbox
  2. Click the more options 3 dots
  3. Click History
  4. Click the file name
  5. Click Undelete
