Re-ordering the pages in a PDF document

A multi-page, PDF-formatted document associated with a bill can be re-ordered. This is useful since the first page of the document associated with a bill will be displayed the check stub when payment is sent for one bill.

Re-ordering the pages in a PDF document

  1. Locate the bill with the associated document
  2. Above the document image, use the arrow buttons to navigate to the page that needs to be re-ordered
  3. In the drop-down menu for Options, select Move
  4. Enter page number to move that page to
  5. Click OK
  6. Verify that the page is now in the order preferred

Things to know

  • When making a payment for one bill, the first page of the document associated with a bill will display on the check stub
  • If it is a combined payment for several bills to the same vendor, a summary of the invoice numbers will be presented on the check stub
