Planned Maintenance
To prevent unplanned outages, we actively maintain the site. When system downtime is scheduled for site maintenance, we notify you in advance by posting a message on the Dashboard page. This message is viewable to anyone who logs in to their account. The notice will contain the information necessary to plan for the use of the Bill.com account around a scheduled maintenance downtime.
Standard planned maintenance windows: Friday and/or Saturday from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am Pacific Time / 11:00 pm - 3:00 am Eastern Time
Staying updated during an unplanned outage
Unfortunately, there are times when the system will be unavailable unexpectedly. During an unplanned outage, you can check the status by visiting the System Status page at http://www.billcomstatus.com. To receive updates about when service will be restored, sign up for email notifications by selecting Subscribe and entering your email address.
