Unlinking from an Accountant Console
To unlink from the accountant's console, we'll work with the client and the accountant to get the appropriate authorizations. On the client side, we'll need the approval from the Administrator on the account. On the accountant side, we'll need authorization to release the account.
Once we have the authorizations, we'll unlink the account, updating the client account to a Direct account and applying the current price plan based on the features and settings. Our Direct Pricing is available online at https://www.bill.com/product/pricing/
Requesting to Unlink
When you are ready to unlink the client account from an accountant's console, submit your request by following these steps:
- Scroll to the bottom of this page and click Contact Us
- Type "Request to Unlink" and click Continue
- Click I Still Need Help
- Click Email Now
In the email request, be sure to include the name of the accountant console that you'd like to be unlinked from. If you are moving to another accountant console, include the name of the accountant console that you are requesting to be switched to.
