If you are interested in unlinking your client account from an accountant console, we have a process that's ready to go as soon as you tell us when. Here are the basics while you are deciding if it's the right choice for you.
Unlink from an Accountant Console
To unlink from the accountant's console, we'll work with the client and the accountant to get the proper authorizations. On the client side, we'll need the approval from the Administrator on the account. On the accountant side, we'll need authorization from the Console Administrator to release the account.
Once we have the authorizations, we'll unlink the account, updating the client account to a Direct account and applying the current price plan based on the features and settings. Our Direct Pricing is available online at https://www.bill.com/product/pricing/.
