We have a process that's ready to go as soon as you tell us when you'd like to link or unlink a client from the accountant console. Here are the basics while you are deciding if it's the right choice for you.
Linking a client to the Console
To link a client account to the accountant's console, we'll work with the client and the accountant to get the appropriate authorizations. On the client side, we'll need the approval from the Administrator on the account. On the accountant side, we'll need authorization to add the account. Once we have the authorizations, we'll link the account, applying the current console price plan based on the features and settings.
Unlinking a client from the Console
To unlink from the accountant console, we'll work with Console Administrator after the request is submitted. We need their written approve to unlink the client.
Once we have authorization, we'll unlink the account, updating the client account to a Direct account and applying the current price plan based on the features and settings. After the account is updated, we'll notify the client of the changes and their new price plan. Our Direct Pricing is available online at https://www.bill.com/product/pricing/.

Best Practices Tip: To save time and create a seamless process for your clients with existing Bill.com accounts, ask your client administrator to add a console administrator from your console, as an administrator user in their account.
