When Sage Intacct sync user login information has been updated, Sage Intacct sync credentials must be updated in Bill.com.
Updating Sage Intacct sync credentials
- Select Settings
- Under Sync, select Setup
- Select Status
- Select Login Info
- Select the edit icon
- Update the login information
- Select Save
