Reactivate (undelete) a deleted bill

A bill cannot be completely deleted or removed from Bill.com. This ensures that all records are available for auditing and review. Since the bills are not removed, inactive bills can be restored and made active again.

Reactivating an Inactive Bill


From the Bills page

  1. Click Bills in the left navigation pane
  2. Under Filter > Show, toggle to Inactive
  3. Click the invoice number of the inactive bill
  4. Click More actions
  5. Select Undelete

From a vendor record

  1. Click Vendors in the left navigation pane
  2. Click the vendor name
  3. On the Bills tab, click Active and select Inactive
  4. Click the invoice number of the inactive bill
  5. Click More actions
  6. Select Undelete
