Troubleshooting email notifications

If notification emails from Bill.com are not arriving to the login email address, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Check the spam folder
  • Check all email filters for any Bill.com emails
  • Add @hq.bill.com and @bill.com to your personal and corporate whitelist
  • Send an email to notificationonly@hq.bill.com NOTE: The email will bounce back to the sender since this email alias does not accept incoming emails. This step will add the notificationonly@hq.bill.com email address to the email directory, allowing for delivery of future emails from the alias.

If emails are still not arriving from Bill.com, contact Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • Email address not receiving Bill.com notifications
  • Type of emails not being delivered (To Do lists, Inbox notifications, Password Resets, etc.)
  • Types of emails successfully being delivered
  • Most recent Bill.com email received by the User
  • Email service (Gmail, Yahoo, MS Exchange)
