Troubleshooting email notifications

If notification emails from Bill.com are not arriving to the login email address, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Check the spam folder
  • Check all email filters for any Bill.com emails
  • Add @hq.bill.com and @bill.com to your personal and corporate whitelist
    • If you are unsure of how to do this, please contact your I.T. Department to check whether these domains have been blocked by firewalls
  • Save notificationonly@hq.bill.com as a safe contact in your email contact list

If emails are still not arriving from Bill.com, contact Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • Email address not receiving Bill.com notifications
  • Type of emails not being delivered (To Do lists, Inbox notifications, Password Resets, etc.)
  • Types of emails successfully being delivered
  • Most recent Bill.com email received by the User
  • Email service (Gmail, Yahoo, MS Exchange)
