If notification emails from Bill.com aren't arriving to the login email address, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the spam folder
- Check all email filters for any Bill.com emails
- Add @hq.bill.com and @bill.com to your personal and corporate whitelist
- If you're unsure of how to do this, please contact your I.T. Department to check whether these domains have been blocked by firewalls
- Save notificationonly@hq.bill.com as a safe contact in your email contact list
If emails are still not arriving from Bill.com, contact Customer Support and provide the following details:
- Email address not receiving Bill.com notifications
- Type of emails not being delivered (To Do lists, Inbox notifications, Password Resets, etc.)
- Types of emails successfully being delivered
- Most recent Bill.com email received by the User
- Email service (Gmail, Yahoo, MS Exchange)
- Screenshots from email provider showing no blocked Bill.com domains or email addresses
