Troubleshooting email notifications

If notification emails from are not arriving to the login email address, please take these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Check the spam folder
  • Check all email filters for any emails
  • Add and to your personal and corporate whitelist
  • Send an email to NOTE: The email will bounce back to the sender since this email alias does not accept incoming emails. This step will add the email address to the email directory, allowing for delivery of future emails from the alias.

If emails are still not arriving from, contact Customer Support and provide the following details:

  • Email address not receiving notifications
  • Type of emails not being delivered (To Do lists, Inbox notifications, Password Resets, etc.)
  • Types of emails successfully being delivered
  • Most recent email received by the User
  • Email service (Gmail, Yahoo, MS Exchange)
