Bill.com allows the option to email invoices to multiple email addresses under one Customer profile.
Adding additional contacts
To add an additional contact to your customer profile:
- Click Customers in the left navigation pane
- Click the Customer Name
- Click the Contacts tab
- Click +Contact
- Enter Contact information
- Click Save
Repeat to add more contacts.
Each contact email address added will be sent a copy invoices going forward.
Things to know
- For security reasons, Print/Mail Invoice is only available after an active bank account is added
- We can only mail invoices within the United States
- This feature is not available on Basic accounts
