Correcting bank account information

If the bank account information is incorrect or invalidated, the bank account set up process must be completed again. Once entered, the bank routing and account information cannot be updated or edited.

Adding a new bank account

Correcting a BR Bank

  1. Click the gear icon
  2. Under Your Company, click Bank Accounts
  3. Click Set up new bank
    • If prompted, complete a short series of questions to verify your identity
  4. Enter the banking information and click Continue
  5. Click Get started
  6. To update the Default to Pay and/or Default to be Paid, click the account number you'd like to set as the Default
  7. Click Make Primary
  8. Default will update to Yes, setting the bank account as Default to Pay and/or Default to be Paid
