Confirming a funds transfer has synced

To view the audit trail of a Funds Transfer to confirm if it has synced, a user with View bank accounts permissions can follow the steps below:

  1. Click the gear icon
  2. Under Your Company, click Bank Accounts
  3. Click the Bank account number
  4. Hover over Details, click Funds Transfers
  5. Click the ACH Confirmation # for the Funds Transfers Date
  6. Hover over Details, click Audit trail

If the funds transfer has synced there will be a line item entry with the following details:

  • Who: (user name)-Sync
  • Field: Accouting Software
  • New Value: an integration id #
