With a paid advanced account, when you send your customer an invoice, we include a link to the payment center where your customer has options to pay the invoice.
Depending on whether your account is setup to accept credit cards, whether your customer has an existing account, or if you are linked to the customer's account via the network, the payment options will vary.

If you accept ePayments or credit card payments through BILL
- If your customer has a BILL account and is connected to you via the BILL network:
They will be prompted to login to their account and schedule payment.
- If your customer does not have a BILL account, or if they do but they are not connected to you via the BILL network:
They will be able to enter credit card or bank info in the guest payment center to send you a one-time payment, depending on your preferred payment type settings.
If you accept ePayments or credit card payments through Vantage
- If your customer has a BILL account and is connected to you via the BILL network:
They will be prompted to login to their account and schedule payment.
- If your customer does not have a BILL account, or if they do but they are not connected to you via the BILL network:
They will be prompted to create a free portal account to connect to you via the BILL network, then they can send you credit card or ePayments, depending on your preferred payment type settings.
If you only accept ePayments
- If your customer has a BILL account and is connected to you via the BILL network:
They will be prompted to login to their account and schedule payment.
- If your customer does not have a BILL account, or if they do but they are not connected to you via the BILL network:
They will be prompted to create a free portal account to connect to you via the BILL network, then they can send you ePayments.
