Auto-created invoices

For basic accounts, a matching invoice will automatically be created in the Bill.com account when a customer connected via the Bill.com Network enters a bill to pay you in their Bill.com account. There is no need to contact your customer regarding the status of the payment.

Log in to your Bill.com account to see the Invoice and Payment status, plus any payment tracking. If there is no invoice under the customer's profile, your customer has not started the billing and payment process to you yet.
