Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when Intuit servers are experiencing issues and a sync is unable to complete.
How to fix the sync error
You can check the status of Intuit's servers to verify when they are showing as Operational: Intuit Services Dashboard
Sometimes the error will occur in Bill.com before Intuit has reported the issue on their status site. It's suggested to wait 30 minutes, then sync again. If the sync is still unavailable, check Intuit's servers again.
Once Intuit's servers are showing as Operational, the sync will run normally. No other action is needed to resolve the error once Intuit has resolved the issue. If the error continues and there are no Intuit server issues, contact Customer Support for additional troubleshooting.
