Why the Sync Error occurs
This error message occurs when a record in QuickBooks Online (QBO) has an incorrectly formatted web address. The QBO API requires a well-formed web address in the format of http:// or https://.
How to Fix the Sync Error
Check the record in QBO to verify that the website address is in the correct field and in the correct format.
To update the record in QBO:
- Remove the web address
- Enter the website address in the correct field with the proper format
