Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when an AR payment in Bill.com is attempting to sync to QuickBooks Online, but the Deposit To account on the payment isn't an Other Current Asset account.
How to fix the sync error
There are three options to resolve this issue:
- Change the Deposit To account's type to Other Current Asset and sync again
- Set the Deposit To account in the Sync Preference to use for future payments
- If the payment shouldn't sync, contact Customer Support
