Intacct Sync Error: This transaction is missing 'department' dimension for the account xxxxx on line no. 1
Why the Sync Error occurs
This error occurs when a Funds Transfer is attempting to sync to Intacct, but the GL account assigned to the applicable bank account has the department dimension checked as a required field; Bill.com does not sync that dimension on Funds Transfers.
How to Fix the Sync Error
In Intacct, open the GL account specified in the error and uncheck the "Dept" box, save and sync.
