Why the Sync Error occurs
Most of the time, the issue is due to the status of the compatibility mode in the dashboard properties.
How to Fix the Issue
If the sync dashboard does not open, check the status of the compatibility mode in the dashboard properties:
- Log in to Bill.com
- Right-click on Sync Dashboard program icon
- Click Properties
- Go to Compatibility tab
- Uncheck the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for:
- Click OK
- Open the Sync Dashboard
