QuickBooks for Windows Sync Error: Your bill.com login information has changed

Why the Sync Error occurs

This error occurs when there is a change to the Bill.com login information for the user that set up the sync. After changing the Bill.com login information, the new credentials need to be updated in the Sync Dashboard.

How to Fix the Sync Error

  1. Open the Bill.com Sync Dashboard
  2. Select Sync profile
  3. Click Edit
  4. On the Where's your QuickBooks Company File page of the Profile Editor, click Next
  5. On the Enter your Bill.com user name and password page of the Profile Editor, update the information
  6. Click Next
  7. Select the Bill.com Org to sync
  8. Click Finish
