Constraint violation columns appear on sync dashboard

If constraint violation columns appear on sync dashboard, try the following verifications and fixes. Once verified or updated, run another sync.

QuickBooks settings

  • Ensure you are in "Single User Mode"
  • Verify that your role is a QuickBooks "Admin"

Sync Dashboard

  1. Delete the current Sync Profile in the Bill.com Sync Dashboard
  2. Click New and add the company file again
  3. Run another sync
