Maintaining accurate vendor information

There are times when the vendor information cannot be edited in your Bill.com account. The vendor controls and maintains their business information in their own Bill.com account if they are connected through the Bill.com Network or if they were invited to use Bill.com to receive payments. If the vendor information is locked, the vendor has entered the address information they want and that data is reflected in their record in your account.

Updating a locked vendor's information

If the vendor requests an update to their address, ask them to make the change in their Bill.com account, which will then update all of their Network connections. This will allow them to continue to get paid quickly to an accurate mailing address.
