A scheduled payment can't be edited. You may be able to cancel or void the payment and make updates.
Cancel a payment to make changes
If you need to change anything for a payment, cancel the payment. You can then reschedule the payment with updated payment information.
Note: If you used a card to pay a bill, you can't cancel those payments as those process immediately. You may be able to void the payment if it was a paper check that hasn't been cashed yet.
Updated vendor mailing address
If you update a vendor's address after the payment is scheduled, but before it begins processing, the check will be mailed to the correct address.
If it has already begun processing, you'll need to void the payment and reissue it. Be sure to notify the vendor that the check issued has been voided to prevent them from trying to cash a canceled check.
