Syncing at the Root
To sync the Bill.com account with the top level of the M-Console or at the entity level, add the sync user to the top (parent level).
Syncing at the entity level
When syncing at the entity level, create the user at the top(parent level) in Intacct, but in Bill.com enter the entity ID you want to sync with (under the Sync > Preferences > Login Info). This will also apply for clients who have multiple entities in Intacct and want to sync at a particular entity level.
If you do not see the described feature available in Bill.com, you may not have access to the feature based on permissions for your role and/or your plan does not have this feature. If you wish to get access to the feature, please review the available plans for Bill.com and upgrade accordingly or contact the Administrator of your Bill.com account.
